How to install UltraViewer?
Installation is very simple: just download, run the installer, and install normally like any other software.
How to remotely access other computers?
You will need your client to send you the ID number and password displayed on their UltraViewer software. Enter that ID and password into the software and click 'Connect'.
How to allow other people to remotely control my computer?
You send the ID and password displayed on UltraViewer to your partner and ask them to connect to this ID and password.
How to uninstall UltraViewer?
If you want to uninstall the software, simply go to Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs and select to uninstall the software named UltraViewer.
How to chat with the person I am remotely controlling?
While remotely controlling your partner's computer, you can press the F1 key (default hotkey); a chat window will appear, and you can communicate very conveniently. If you are not using the chat window, you can press F1 again to toggle it.
How to stop a remote access session while my partner is controlling my computer?
Very simple: close UltraViewer, and your partner will no longer be able to control your computer.
Does UltraViewer work on any operating system?
UltraViewer is compatible with all versions of Windows, such as Windows XP, Windows Server, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10.
Does UltraViewer work on MacOS?
Currently, UltraViewer only works on Windows operating systems. We intend to develop versions for MacOS in the future.
